All of our apparel are made to order and it generally takes 2-7 days for production. quality checking and packaging.
We ship anywhere in the USA for a fixed rate of $5.50 on orders under $30 and $8.50 on orders between $30 and $59.99.. Shipping is free on orders above $59.99!
Shipping time:VivaCity Gear typically ships via USPS and OSM (Shipping partner), but also utilizes UPS. An email confirmation with tracking information is sent out to the customer as soon as their order is shipped. Once an order leaves the warehouse, transit time averages 2-6 business days depending on proximity to Detroit, MI.
Tracking:

Delivered but not received:If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the USPS directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

Defective, damaged and incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund if they are returned within 14 days of delivery. If you need a replacement, please contact us at help@vivacitytees.com with your order number and an image of the item(s) you received along with any relevant tags within three days from the date of delivery. Once verified, we'll do our best to get a replacement order sent out to you quickly. Please do not return any item until after you have contacted us and have been instructed on how to proceed. All replacements will be issued for the same product and in the same size only.
We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Therefore, please review the product information and consult the size guide (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing.
