Production time:

All of our apparel are made to order and it generally takes 2-7 days for production. quality check and packaging.

Shipping rates:

We ship anywhere in the USA for a fixed rate of $5.50 on orders under $30 and $8.50 on orders between $30 and $59.99.. Shipping is free on orders above $59.99!

Shipping time:

VivaCity Gear typically ships via USPS and OSM (Shipping partner), but also utilizes UPS. An email confirmation with tracking information is sent out to the customer as soon as their order is shipped. Once an order leaves the warehouse, transit time averages 2-6 business days depending on proximity to Detroit, MI.

Tracking:                                                                                                                                                                                                                    It can occasionally take up to 72 hours for carriers to update their tracking. Delivered but not received:

If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the USPS directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

International shipping:

Currently, we do not ship outside of the U.S.A
