Refund policy
Defective, damaged and incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund if they are returned within 14 days of delivery. If you need a replacement, please contact us at help@vivacitytees.com with your order number and an image of the item(s) you received along with any relevant tags within three days from the date of delivery. Once verified, we'll do our best to get a replacement order sent out to you quickly. Please do not return any item until after you have contacted us and have been instructed on how to proceed. All replacements will be issued for the same product and in the same size only.
We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Therefore, please review the product information and consult the size guide (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing. If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.
